Things I know to be true

+ my recently purchased peplum skirt is beyond hot
+ in the next month, I am definitely going to Vienna, Frankfurt, Krakow, and Oświęcim (Auschwitz,) and may also be going to Munich, Budapest, and Stockholm. What?
- April Fools’ makes me nervous
- it was below freezing last night
+ despite disappointment and higher-than-usual levels of stress, I feel pretty happy
- I don’t want to think about the fall
+ my yoga teacher helped me get into a head stand
+ this time tomorrow, my mother will be here!

Come October, will everything change?
Why did the Middle East have to stop making music?
Is amaretto-flavoring anything like the real thing?
Will Prague be as magical as I hope it will be?
Why are nice vegan coats so expensive?
What if Obama doesn’t get reelected?
Does effort make a difference?
Where is she going to be this time next year?
Does natural spring water taste that much better than distilled?
Are we going to be okay?
